In 2017-2018, as part of the Aeropolis association (ra15, CMC, D3A), we developed a robust development plan for Václav Havel Airport in Prague, which identified a development strategy until 2050 and according to which the first buildings have already been implemented. In 2018, this development plan was awarded in the Building of the Year – Urban Design of the Year competition. The Airport City concept is often applied at large international airports, and in the Czech Republic it is the first plan of this kind with major development ambitions.
