Energy in open space

ČEZ offices in Pilsen will be transformed into a modern, zoned open space. The intention of the design is to bring emotions, corporate identity and contemporary technologies that are significant for ČEZ and its development into the interior. A terracotta grid ceiling was chosen as the central element, with the colour being derived from the corporate orange to a more earthy, pleasant shade. The second striking motif is the light curve above the soffit, symbolizing the flow of energy and providing dynamic illumination to the common areas.

Pulse

The administrative offices of ČEZ Prodej, a.s. in Pilsen were concentrated in a single building and its layout was transformed into a light-filled, zoned open space. As the main architectural element, a terracotta aluminium grid ceiling was chosen, whose earthy shade is based on the corporate orange, but has a warm and welcoming effect. Above this ceiling, a curved linear luminaire is routed, which not only symbolizes the flow of energy undeniably associated with CEZ’s activities, but also provides dynamic lighting for the common areas. The space has been calmed by the contrast of white and grey surfaces, light oak decor and bottle green furniture accessories, which create a sense of balance.

"Energy is an invisible force that shapes space and perception."

Live plants were placed at key points to complement the organic character of the interior. The workstations and meeting rooms were fitted with a white acoustic ceiling, maintaining a visual connection with the distinctive terracotta ceiling and light curve, which together form a dynamic and harmonious motif throughout the space.
