Cities should serve the people, and the apartment buildings Duo Galaxy bring new life to the neglected southern part of Prague. This project, closely connected with the metro C stop Háje, has the potential to become a center of quality in the apartment complexes in Háje, with a lively business sector and many public spaces. It’s advantageous position ensures fast transportational availability throughout the entirety of Prague.
: In the apartment building’s design, Duo Galaxie is focused on the revitalization of the neglected and ownership-wise complicated area of south Prague. The project respects it’s surroundings and rationally molds it’s spatial organization, harmoniously integrating new buildings into the current urban structure. This thought-out approach ensures that new public spaces are fully integrated in the surroundings, increasing it’s functionality.
Duo Galaxie represents the promise of quality living and social activity. The residential towers emphasize the location’s importance, in terms both social and transportational. The new public spaces are logically interconnected with pre-existing walkways, easing both the local’s and visitor’s options for movement. The variety in apartments ensures a larger spectrum of potential residents – from singles and young partners in smaller apartments to modern families in larger apartments. Optimal lighting conditions and views are ensured from each apartment, enhanced along with the lower floors into panoramic scenery.
