A revolutionary approach to parking at Prague Airport that maximises passenger convenience, increases the number of parking spaces and minimises the impact on surrounding residents. This project promises the most modern and greenest parking experience in Central Europe.
Parking in the landscape
European airports are successfully combining commercial and non-commercial activities, with a key factor being the efficient management of parking services. Prague Ruzyne Airport is joining this vision with the Parking village Aviatická project, which aims to increase the number of passengers using parking directly at the airport and minimise the negative impact on the surrounding population.
The project is not limited to increasing the capacity of parking spaces, but brings a comprehensive solution including long-term and short-term parking, and car rental services. A key aspect of the project is the integration of modern technologies and sustainable approaches, which includes contactless and digital solutions, enhanced security, environmental measures, smart parking guidance systems and personalised parking experiences.
The vision of the project is to create synergy between airport infrastructure and the environment, leading to a sustainable destination full of green and modern buildings.

The project also includes the strategic location of the railway station on the central axis of the development, which will provide easy access to the terminals and facilitate passenger transport. Traffic is divided into two circuits: public transport and service traffic are routed on the surface, while passenger traffic is separated on the flyover. Parking Village Aviatická represents not only a modern parking complex, but also a well-thought-out urban concept that harmonizes with the surroundings and brings a new standard in the field of airport transport and infrastructure.
