Community as the main motif for urbanism and architecture.

Family homes, which support a modern lifestyle with the village’s countryside characteristics. The goal is to create a harmonious space, where individual apartments fit into one coherent whole, while maintaining respect for the surrounding nature.

Pueblo

The apartment complex Lety stems from the need to effectively use a small area of land at the edge of the village, while simultaneously maintaining the countryside aesthetic. The goal was to create a construction that wouldn’t appear as identical blocks, but rather as individual units resembling the traditional village structure. The homes are designed in a way that allows their mass to carefully flow and lean around each other, preventing the appearance of one large mass.

"Nature, community, and efficient special organization, create one whole."

In terms of urban organization, the illusion created is that of scattered crumbs from a whole, giving the impression of naturally grown structures, similarly to traditional countryside homes. The entire area is focused on an open approach to the surrounding nature, strengthening the resident’s ties to the place. The project offers not only housing, but also the feeling of community, where individual houses aren’t clearly separated, where space for communal life is created, and mutual neighborly solidarity.
