City Palace

The building at the head of Kubánské náměstí stands out as a modern urban palace, whose mass responds sensitively to the urban context and symmetry of the space. The noble articulation of the façade in the foreground contrasts with the light, green-lined second plan, creating an architecturally rich and functionally variable whole.

Palazzo

The concept of our design is inspired by the character of the place and its links to the surroundings. The building in question is located at the head of the symmetrically arranged Kubánské náměstí and at the same time its mass forms a barrier, which is supported by the axis of Vršovická Street. The extraordinary position of the building offers future residents privileged living with exceptional west-facing views. Our vision is focused on highlighting that quality. We are creating an urban palace with green, multi-level gardens outside and inside the block, as an exclusive bonus to extraordinary living.

"Exceptional housing at the head of the urban axis."

The designed expression of the house creates a strong and dignified face of the building, corresponding to its exposed location. The simple grid and modularity, in addition to the obvious cost reduction, offers a wide range of possibilities for facade adaptation. Each residential unit has its own exterior, which does not affect the overall appearance of the house, yet adds depth to the façade. Our design reflects the historical development of the square, going back to basics and offering an exceptional and attractive place to live.
