We enjoy infrastructure and transport construction. We like complex assignments such as large transport hubs, high-speed terminals and airports. In every such project we meet the specific needs of the users and thanks to a thorough analysis we are able to quickly find our way around the problem together with the client. Large assignments and complex projects where several teams, including the client, have to work together are inherent to us.
We focus on inventing high-quality, innovative, unique and healthy buildings that are great to work in. Our team is ready for interior refurbishments of existing spaces as well as new large office units set in the context of their surroundings creating a unique timeless architecture.
We have several hotels in our portfolio in the centre of Prague and we are still designing more. It is a specific typology of a short-term stay that must deliver all the services the customer needs, comfortably, experientially, and all in a quality architecture. We like specific assignments and the variety of needs that hotels have to offer, including several levels of amenities such as restaurants, wellness, conference facilities or roof terraces.
