Výrazný bytový dům je navržen na ostravský pozemek v koncové poloze ulice v katastru Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz. Urbanisticky uzavírá budoucí blok budov.
Dům je výrazně horizontálně členěn architektonicky, funkčně i dispozičně. V jednom objektu nabízí každé podlaží svébytné prostředí k bydlení, dispozici bytu. Nabídka bude pestrá. Jednotlivá patra jsou různě vysazena, aby získala větší plochy pro terasy, avšak při zachování zastavěné plochy budovy. Byty jsou jasně orientovány do jižní zahrady přilehlé mateřské školy, což fakticky budí dojem bydlení v zeleni. Horizontální členění objektu je architektonicky podpořeno výběrem materiálů na fasádu, kombinující režné cihly, beton, dřevo a kov. Kompozice je dotvářena funkčními prvky stínění a zábradlí. Vysoká atika poukazuje na využití střechy jako zahrady. Začlenit stavbu do inspirativního hornického města je výzvou a radostí.
